Start speaking your new language from week one, with a plan for every day
Each day unlocks a short task: listen to sentences about your own life, repeat them out loud, and say a little more than the day before. I'm Mikel Telleria. I answer your questions in the community, and I teach live classes every week.
- Open today's material: questions, answers and sentence patterns, all with audio
- Listen and repeat out loud; say the ones you know from memory
- Add 5 new Language Islands about things you couldn't say yet
- Read them aloud; repeat the hard ones until they come out easily
- Talk for 30–60 seconds about 2–3 topics you know, without reading
You've studied. So why won't the words come out?
You don't know what to do each day
An app here, a video there, a vocabulary list you never finish. Lots of activity, no clear next step.
Native speakers still sound too fast
You know the words on paper. In a real sentence they blur together.
When it's your turn to answer, you freeze
You translate in your head, build the sentence piece by piece, or say something simpler than what you meant.
Knowing a language and using it in real time are two different skills, and the second one needs its own practice: a daily routine of building sentences, listening, repeating and speaking. That routine is the Roadmap.
Watching the method is free. Doing it every day is where people get stuck.
My videos show you how the method works. The Roadmap does the planning and the preparation, so your time goes into practising.
Your part: set aside a moment each day for the task.
See what a day looks like
Open today's task, play the sentences, repeat them out loud, record your speaking block, and post your question if something doesn't come out. That's the routine.
All the material is yours from day one. Each day unlocks a new task that tells you exactly what to do with it.
You set the pace. Each day has its own plan, but you can split one day's task over two, or catch up later. If you miss a few days, pick up where you left off; everything stays as it was.

Learn the language of your own life, then practise using it
You don't need to learn the whole language before you start talking. You need enough of the right language to begin, and a system that keeps expanding what you can understand and say.
Build your Language Islands
A Language Island is a group of natural sentences about one subject that matters to you: your family, your work, where you live, why you're learning, your plans. You choose the subjects; the Roadmap gives you the Islands for them, with native audio for every sentence. Stuck on a sentence? Ask in the community and I'll answer.
Listen, repeat, retrieve
Every sentence comes with native audio. You listen to how the words really sound together, you repeat them out loud, and little by little you retrieve them without reading. Your ear and your pronunciation train at the same time.
Speak, find the gaps, practise them
You answer a question. You talk for thirty seconds. You get stuck on a word. Good. You've just found what to learn next. That gap becomes a new sentence to listen to and practise, and the cycle continues.
What the 12 weeks look like
Build your foundation
Essential questions, answers and sentence patterns with audio. Your first Language Islands about your own life. How to practise difficult sentences until they come out easily. Your first short recorded answers from week one.
Turn it into speech
Speaking becomes a daily part of your practice: short speaking blocks and new Islands built from the things you couldn't say yet. Active recall, so you practise saying the sentences from memory.
Make it yours
Your specialisation starts: the material switches from the standard set to sentences built around the topics you talk about. Longer, freer speaking, and you work on your recurring weak spots.
Keep specialising
More personalised material on the topics you need, with the same live classes and the same community, for as long as you stay a member.
Every week has its focus and every day has its own plan, so you always know what comes next.
What you get as a member
A plan for every day
What to learn, what to practise, what to repeat, when to speak. A new task every day for 12 weeks.
Native audio for every sentence
Questions, answers, patterns and Language Islands, every sentence with native audio. Set the repetitions, the pause and the speed, and practise as many times as you want, in your own language and the one you're learning.
Weekly live classes with me
A class on one part of the method, then time for your questions. Dates are announced inside the community.
Answers from me in the community
Post your question when you get stuck and I answer. A member of my team helps with anything about your account.
Any language, any level
The material is the same in every language. If yours isn't ready yet, ask for it when you join and we prepare it straight away.
Personalised from week 8
From week 8 your material is built around the topics you talk about. After week 12 you can keep specialising for as long as you stay a member.
All the material, the audio, the live classes and the community are inside the one membership. There is nothing extra to buy.
I'm Mikel Telleria. I speak 12 languages.
I studied translation and international business and worked in embassies, chambers of commerce and international organisations. I spent years trying every language-learning method I could find. Most didn't make much difference. A handful worked extremely well, so I combined them, tested them on myself and refined them into one system at the Innovation Centre of the University of Deusto.
Today I use that system to help learners through my channels and inside the Hyperpolyglot Roadmap. One language is enough. What takes you there is a system for deciding what to learn, practising it correctly and turning it into language you can use.
The Roadmap is for you if…
- You want a clear plan instead of another app or playlist.
- You can set aside a moment most days to practise, even when it feels uncomfortable at first.
- You've started before and given up. Short daily tasks, and picking up where you left off, are made for that.
- You want to speak about your life, not memorise someone else's word lists.
- You're starting from zero, or you've studied for years and still freeze when you speak.
It isn't for you if…
- You want to watch videos and get fluent without practising.
- You're looking for a grammar course or exam preparation.
I'll give you the plan, the material and my help. The practice is yours.

Questions people ask before joining
I'm a complete beginner. Can I start?
Yes. You begin with essential questions, answers and sentence patterns, all with audio. You build your first Language Islands from there, and speaking grows as your foundation grows. Nobody throws you into a difficult conversation on day one.
What if I've already been learning for years?
Then you don't start over. You use the system to close the gap between what you understand and what you can actually say: you speak, find what's missing, practise it and speak again.
Which languages does it work for?
Any language. The material is the same in every language, so the plan works for Spanish, German or Polish. If yours isn't ready yet, ask for it when you join and we prepare it straight away.
What will I be able to do after 12 weeks?
It depends on where you start and how many days you practise. If you follow the plan, you'll be able to talk about simple, everyday things and about your own life, your pronunciation will be much better, and you'll understand more of what you hear. Twelve weeks won't make you a native speaker. They give you a base you can keep building on.
How much time do I need each day?
Each day is a short list: listen to your sentences, repeat them out loud, say them from memory, record a short answer. How long it takes depends on your level and how many repetitions you need. Set aside a moment each day for it; the more days you show up, the faster you progress.
What if I fall behind or miss a few days?
Nothing is lost. Each day has its own plan, but you set the pace: you can split one day's task over two, or catch up later. If you miss a few days, pick up where you left off; everything stays as it was.
When are the live classes, and what if I can't attend?
Live classes are weekly: a class on one part of the method, then time for your questions. Dates and times are announced inside the community, so you can plan around them. If you miss one, you still have the day's plan, the material and the community to ask your questions.
Who answers my questions?
I do. Post your question in the community and I answer, sometimes with a short video. A member of my team helps with anything about your account. You can also bring your questions to the weekly live classes.
Is it just prerecorded videos?
No. You get a plan for every day, all the material, answers from me in the community and weekly live classes.
Do I need a tutor or a conversation partner?
No. The speaking practice is designed so you can do it on your own, as often as you want.
Do I need to pay for AI tools or other apps?
No. Everything you need is inside the Roadmap. There is nothing extra to buy.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You keep specialising: more personalised material on the topics you need, with the same live classes and community, for €99/month. Stay as long as it helps, and cancel whenever you want.
How do I cancel?
From your account on our website: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No minimum term. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and payments are non-refundable.
Where will your language be 12 weeks from now?
You can spend them watching more videos and waiting until you feel ready. Or you can spend them building a language you can use: a plan for every day, native audio for every sentence, and help when you get stuck.
