By registering for and participating in the 30-Day Language Challenge ("Challenge") offered by Mikel Telleria Mujika and Natural Language Learning, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not sign up or participate in the Challenge.

1. Challenge Content and Delivery

  • You will receive daily lessons, scripts, prompts, or tasks related to language learning for the duration of the 30 days.

  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to videos, text, scripts, workbooks, and challenges, is the intellectual property of the Mikel Telleria Mujika.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, modify, or distribute the content without written permission.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

3. Misuse and Defamation

  • You agree not to use any part of the content (including private communications, internal materials, or user discussions) in any way that is defamatory, misleading, or intended to harm NLL’s reputation.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, using content in videos, posts, or media that attempt to discredit or defame.

  • Any such misuse may result in legal action.

4. Participant Responsibilities

By joining the Challenge, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and responsibly within any community groups or platforms.

  • Not harass, spam, or intimidate other participants or admins.

  • Not misuse the content or brand for your own commercial or malicious purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the Challenge without refund.

5. Results Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific language outcomes, fluency levels, or results.

  • Your progress depends on your own effort, consistency, and participation.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Unless otherwise stated on the sales or checkout page, the Challenge is non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel access or remove a participant for any breach of these Terms without a refund.

7. Use of Testimonials and User-Generated Content

  • By participating, you grant us the right to use your written, audio, or video feedback, testimonials, and results (if voluntarily shared) for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish for your testimonial to be used, please inform us in writing.

8. Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Challenge at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

  • In such cases, reasonable attempts will be made to provide substitute access or similar value.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation in the Challenge.

  • The Challenge is provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or court proceedings.

Massively increase your comprehension and speaking skills in ANY LANGUAGE in 30 days with this intensive learning plan.

A 30 day step-by-step plan to:

  • Learn 1,000-2,000 useful sentences for conversation.
  • Learn the 5,000-10,000 most common words.
  • Develop speaking fluency.
  • Understand native speakers.

If you work hard and follow the plan, you will be conversationally fluent in any language after 30 days.

Able to understand native speakers and communicate effectively in any situation.

You'll speak fluently, confidently and with good pronunciation.
